How to log in to an NFA account with the loader
A step-by-step guide to signing in to an NFA account with the loader: what to prepare, the first sign-in, signing in again, fixing errors and checking the account.

You bought an NFA account, and it has already appeared on your order page. This guide walks you through how to log in to an NFA account with the loader: what to prepare in advance, how the first sign-in works, how to sign in again, what to do about errors and how to check the account while the warranty is active.
What you need to sign in
Before the first sign-in, make sure you have everything:
a PC with Windows 10 or 11, since the loader runs on Windows only;
the Steam client installed, from the official Steam website;
a stable internet connection;
a paid order, whose page link is emailed to you;
free disk space for the game.
The loader comes with the purchase: every account has its own, and it downloads only from the order page. The loader page explains it in more detail. You do not need to reinstall Steam or create a Steam account of your own: the loader opens the client on the account you bought by itself. If your personal Steam account is signed in on the computer, the client switches to the account you bought when you run the loader, and you can go back to your own the usual way.
How to log in to an NFA account with the loader, step by step
The whole process takes a couple of minutes. Here is how it goes from payment to launching the game:

Open the order page from the link in the email or right after payment. The account is delivered automatically, usually within a minute or two: wait for its card to show the Ready status.
Look at the account's details: Steam login, hours played and profile. They help you confirm you got what you paid for.
Click "Download the loader" on the account's card and save the file.
Run the loader on a computer with Steam installed.
Wait for the loader to open the Steam client on the account you bought. No password or Steam Guard codes are needed.
Open your Steam library and find the game you bought.
Install the game and launch it.
The 24-hour warranty starts when the account is delivered. Use that time to check the account as described below.
Do not change the password, email or Steam Guard settings, and do not add a phone number to the account. The details for managing the account stay with the original owner, and any such attempt breaks the loader sign-in. Problems caused by changing the account's details are not covered by the warranty.
How delivery and sign-in work
It helps to know what happens under the hood, since it explains most of the safety rules. After payment the shop automatically checks a free account of your tariff and delivers it to you: the order page shows its login, main details and a loader built for that very account. From that moment:
this loader always opens the same account, on any computer;
the 24-hour warranty starts;
the order page offers a "Check account" button.
Why does sign-in work this way rather than with a login and password? Because an NFA account is not handed over: the password and email stay with the original owner, and the buyer gets access to the game. The loader signs you in without revealing those details and at the same time protects the account from a password or email change that would make it useless for everyone.
So the loader file and the order link are effectively the password to the account you bought. Do not post them in chats, do not show them in screenshots or streams, and do not send them to friends "for a couple of minutes".
Launching the game for the first time
After signing in, the account looks like any other: library, friends, store, client settings. You download the game just as on any account, and how long it takes depends on the game's size and your connection.
A few tips for the first launch:
set graphics, controls and sensitivity to your liking: these are settings of your computer and the game, not of the account;
if the game uses Steam Cloud saves, they belong to the account you bought, so your progress is saved there;
some games install extra components on first launch: Battlefield 6 sets up the EA app, and the anti-cheats of DayZ and Tarkov install their own services;
if a game needs special PC settings, such as TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot for Battlefield 6, turn them on before launching.
We list each game's requirements on its page in the accounts catalog.
While the game downloads, do not sign out and do not switch Steam to another profile: the download belongs to the current account. If the download is slow, change the download region in the Steam client settings; that is a setting of your computer and does not affect the account.
How to sign in again
The loader is bound to the account for good: it always opens the same account. So if Steam signs out, you reinstall your system or move to another computer, just run the same loader again.
If you also use Steam with your main account, do not switch profiles through the Steam client menu: to get back to the account you bought, sign in through the loader every time. That keeps sign-in predictable, and you do not risk signing out at the wrong moment.
Keep the loader file in a safe folder. If you lose it, download it again from the order page. And if you lost the order link too, enter your email on the order lookup page and we send links to all your orders.
If the order holds several accounts, each has its own loader: rename the files or keep them in separate folders so you know which one opens which profile.
Common errors and how to fix them
There is no "Download the loader" button yet
The account is delivered automatically after payment, usually within a minute or two, sometimes longer when Steam's servers are busy. The order page updates by itself: wait for the Ready status. If delivery takes longer than half an hour, the order gets a delivery-failed status and support contacts you.
The loader does not start or closes at once
Check that you downloaded the loader from your own order page, not from somewhere else. Windows Defender or an antivirus sometimes flags the loader as an unknown program because it controls the Steam sign-in. Do not switch protection off altogether: if in doubt, contact support and we will tell you what to do in your case.
Steam asks for a password or a Steam Guard code
Do not try to guess anything. Open the order page and press "Check account": if the account stopped working, a replacement is delivered automatically within the warranty period.
The game is not in the library
Check that you signed in through the loader and did not switch to your own account. If the game really is missing, run the account check on the order page.
Steam shows a connection error
Check your connection and try again in a few minutes: Steam's servers sometimes answer slowly, especially during updates and sales. If the error persists for more than an hour, contact support.
The game does not start
First check the game's system requirements: Battlefield 6, for example, will not start without TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Then verify the integrity of the game files from the game's properties in your Steam library, which fixes most launch errors. If the game still does not start while the account opens normally, the problem is on the computer's side, not the account's.
How to check the account within the warranty
The warranty lasts 24 hours from delivery, so check the account right away rather than tomorrow:
Sign in through the loader and make sure Steam does not ask for a password or code.
Open the library and check that the game is there.
If you bought a tariff with hours, Prime status, a rating or skins, make sure it matches the tariff description.
Install the game and get at least to the main menu or onto a server.
If something is wrong, open the order page and press "Check account" on the account's card. The check takes a few seconds and ends in one of three ways:
the account works: the problem is most likely on the computer's or the game's side; if you still cannot sign in, contact support;
the account was replaced: the check confirmed the problem, and a new account of the same tariff is already on the order page;
a problem was found: support has been notified and will get in touch.
One account can be checked once every 10 minutes. If the account cannot be replaced, the money for it is refunded under the refund policy.
Keeping the loader and the account safe
A few simple rules spare you most problems:
keep the loader file and the order link like a password and never share them;
sign in only through the loader;
do not change the password, email or Steam Guard settings;
do not run cheats or macros, since bans for them are not covered;
download the loader only from your own order page.
We collect game-specific rules in separate articles, for example how to avoid bans on a bought Rust account.
Frequently asked questions
No. The password and email are not handed over, so the only way in is the loader. That is the main difference between an NFA account and a full-access one: you use the account, but you do not manage it.
The loader is there to sign you in. Once Steam has opened on the account you bought, play as usual. If Steam ever signs out, just run the same loader again.
The loader opens the same account wherever you run it, at home or at a friend's. Just remember never to share the file: anyone who has it can sign in to the account, and whatever they do falls on your account.
Check your spam folder. The account and its loader are always available on the order page, and you can get the link to it again from the order lookup page.
More answers are in the FAQ, and if you are still choosing, start with the NFA Rust account or the other games in the catalog.
