NFA Dealer terms of service
Updated
Version of 27 September 2026.
These terms set out how the NFA Dealer shop (the "Shop", "we") sells access to NFA Steam accounts on nfadealer.top. By placing an order you (the "Buyer") confirm that you have read these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy, and that you accept them.
Definitions
Account: a Steam account that owns the game named in the product description.
NFA account (Non-Full Access): an account you are given access to without its password, email or any other means of managing it.
Loader: a Windows program that signs in to one specific account. The loader comes with the account and downloads from the order page.
Tariff: a variant of a product with defined characteristics: hours played, how long the original owner has been inactive, Prime status, rating, medals, skins and the like.
Order: a purchase of one or more accounts of one tariff placed by the Buyer.
Order page: a personal page with the order details, the delivered accounts and their loaders, reached through a link with a unique token.
Delivery: the moment an account and its loader appear on the order page.
Account check: an automated check of whether an account works, which the Buyer starts on the order page during the warranty period.
Subject of the terms
For a fee, the Shop gives the Buyer access to an account that owns a game, through the loader. The account is not transferred into the Buyer's ownership, and the details for managing it are not disclosed. Every delivered account opens with its own loader, and running the loader again opens the same account. The Buyer can download the loader again from the order page at any time until the order is refunded.
The product's characteristics (game, tariff, hours, status, the owner's inactivity, inventory contents and warranty period) are those shown on the product page when the order is placed. Progress, items and settings the Buyer creates in the game stay on the account.
The Shop may deliver accounts obtained from partner suppliers. In every case, the Shop bears the obligations to the Buyer under these terms.
The Shop does not limit how long the Buyer may use the account. However, the Shop answers for the account working only during the warranty period; after it ends, the account's availability also depends on the actions of the Buyer and the original owner and on decisions of the platform.
The Shop is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, the Steam platform or game publishers. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products. The Buyer understands that the rules of Steam and game publishers may restrict the use of accounts obtained from third parties, and decides to buy with that in mind.
Stock
A tariff's stock is calculated automatically, refreshed every 30 seconds and shown on the product page. Accounts reserved by unpaid orders are unavailable to other buyers until the reservation expires. The Shop may change its range, tariffs and prices, withdraw products and add new ones; such changes do not affect orders already paid.
Placing an order
No sign-up is required. To place an order the Buyer picks a tariff and the number of accounts, enters an email address, chooses a payment method, confirms acceptance of these terms and passes an automated anti-bot check.
The Buyer is responsible for entering the correct email: the order page link, the delivered accounts' details and support messages are sent there. If the email contains a typo, the order is still available through the link the Buyer receives when going to payment.
The order status is always shown on the order page:
"pending payment": the order is placed and accounts are reserved, payment has not arrived yet;
"paid": the payment is confirmed and accounts are being delivered;
"fulfilled": accounts are delivered and available on the order page;
"expired": payment did not arrive within the reservation time;
"cancelled": an unpaid order was cancelled by the Buyer or the Shop;
"delivery failed": the payment arrived but an account could not be delivered automatically;
"refunded": the money for the order was refunded.
The Shop may limit the number of accounts per order, the number of unpaid orders per email and per IP address at the same time, and how often orders can be placed, to prevent abuse and share stock fairly. The limits in force are shown at checkout.
Prices and payment
Prices are set and charged in US dollars. The Russian version of the site shows prices in roubles at the current rate rounded up to a whole rouble; that figure is for reference, and the final amount to pay is shown before you go to the payment page.
The price is fixed when the order is placed. If the price changed while the Buyer was filling in the form, the Shop says so and offers to place the order at the new price.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through the Crypto Bot service in Telegram. The payment page is subject to the rules and fees of Crypto Bot and of the blockchain networks. An order counts as paid once Crypto Bot confirms the payment. The Shop charges no fees on top of the amount shown before payment.
A placed order reserves accounts for 30 minutes. If payment does not arrive within that time, the order becomes "expired" and the reservation is released. A payment that arrives after the order expired is still honoured: accounts are delivered if available, and if they ran out, the money is refunded under the refund policy. An unpaid order can be cancelled on the order page.
Delivery of accounts
Accounts are delivered automatically once the payment is confirmed, as a rule within a few minutes: the order page shows the Steam login, the account's main details and its loader, and the order link and the accounts' details are sent to the email given. If the email is delayed or does not arrive, the accounts are always available on the order page.
The order page link contains a unique token and is the only way to open the order without contacting support. Do not share the link or the loader files: anyone who has them can sign in to the account. If the link is lost, it can be sent again to the order's email from the order lookup page.
If an account could not be delivered after payment, the order gets the corresponding status and support contacts the Buyer to deliver the account by hand or refund the money.
Using the account
The Buyer agrees to:
sign in to the account only through the delivered loader;
not try to change the password, email, phone number, Steam Guard settings or any other account details;
not use cheats, macros, tools that give an unfair advantage or anything else the game rules forbid;
not trade in-game items or currency for real money where the game rules forbid it;
follow the rules of Steam, the games and the servers they play on;
not pass on or resell access to the account to third parties.
Breaking these rules may lead to losing access to the account. The consequences are not covered by the warranty.
The loader
The loader comes with the account and is meant only for signing in to that account. The Buyer downloads it only from their own order page and must not modify it, distribute copies of it or use it to access other accounts. Once an order is refunded, the loaders of its accounts no longer download.
Warranty and replacement
Every account has a warranty whose period is shown on the product page; by default it is 24 hours from delivery. During the warranty period the Buyer may start an account check on the order page if:
the account does not open through the loader;
Steam asks for a confirmation code, a password or other details;
the game named in the product description is missing from the account;
the original owner revoked access to the account.
When the check confirms that the account does not work, the Shop automatically delivers a new account of the same tariff on the same order page. One account can be checked at most once every 10 minutes. If the check finds no problem but the Buyer still cannot sign in, the Buyer may contact support. If the account cannot be replaced, for example because the tariff is out of accounts, the money for that account is refunded.
The warranty does not cover bans for cheats, macros or breaking game and server rules, the consequences of attempts to change the account's details, access passed on to third parties, or a Buyer's computer that does not meet the game's requirements.
Refunds
The grounds and procedure for refunds are set out in a separate document, the refund policy. The primary way to solve a problem with an account is a replacement under the warranty; a refund is made when a replacement is impossible and in the other cases listed there.
Refusing an order
The Shop may cancel an order and refund the money paid if the price on the site was an obvious technical error, if the order shows signs of fraud, or if the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond the Shop's control. The Buyer is notified at the order's email, and the money is refunded as described in the refund policy.
Liability
The Shop is responsible for the delivered account matching the characteristics of the paid tariff at delivery, and for meeting its warranty obligations. The Shop is not liable for decisions by Valve, game publishers or server admins made because of the Buyer's actions, for outages of Steam, games or payment services, or for losses caused by the Buyer breaking these terms.
The Shop's total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Personal data
The Shop processes emails, order data and the technical data needed to fulfil orders and prevent abuse. No Buyer data is passed to account suppliers. See the privacy policy for details.
Notifications
The Shop sends only service emails to the order's address: the order page link, the delivered accounts' details, order lookup emails and support replies. The Shop sends no marketing emails without the Buyer's separate consent. Emails may land in the spam folder, so check it if a message has not arrived within a few minutes.
Support and claims
Questions and claims are accepted at support@nfadealer.top. Include your order number: it is on the order page and in the order email. We aim to reply within one business day; claims are reviewed within ten business days.
Disputes are settled first of all by negotiation: the Buyer sends a claim to the support email, and the Shop reviews it and replies on the merits. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved as provided by the applicable law.
Changes to these terms
The Shop may change these terms. A new version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to orders placed after publication. Orders placed earlier are fulfilled under the version in force when they were placed.
By placing an order the Buyer confirms being of legal age or acting with the consent of a legal guardian.
